Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Our very simple policy: we want our customers to be fully satisfied and therefore we accept returns on printed and unprinted items; claim has to be received within 5 working days after receiving the goods. No claim will be accepted after these 5 days. Please see details of our Returns Policy in the footer section.

Shipping Options

Options available :
1. Express Courier from Cape Town warehouse (5-7 days)
2. AIR freight - Cape Town (10-15 days)
3. SEA freight - Cape Town > Antwerpen > Final destination (45-75 days)

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIME

Dispatch: within 5 working days for stock items, 15 working days for on demand items up to 1,000 units
Large volume orders: lead time to be discussed with our production team

FREIGHT OPTIONS (Cape Town to Europe)

Express Courier - samples, small parcels (3-7 business days)
AIR freight - up to 200kg usually (10-15 business days)
SEA freight (LCL) - minimum of 100kg (30-40 business days)
SEA freight (FCL) - consolidated shipment (30-60 business days)

RETURNS

If you notice some defects on some units, you can file a claim within 5 days of receiving the goods. This excludes printing mistakes. Please look at our detailed Returns Policy in the footer section for further information.
